CMWA demands to settle long pending issues

Bengal Mirror, Our Correspondent, Asansol, 5th January : Today MSME CEMENT Units who are Consumers of India Power Corporation Limited since 25 years and above met at their office at Shristinagar Asansol. Meeting still not fruitful. 4 years long pending demand of Demand Charges waiver and tariff still not settled.

Mr Amitabha Saha led the delegation from India Power Corporation Limited side with Mr Amit Anand Senior Official. President Pawan Gutgutia, Secretary Ravi Mittal, Core Committee Head Sri Raj Kumar Mittal, Sri Sambhu Agarwal from Shyam Cement Mangalpur, Sri Niraj Kajaria from Satwik Chemcast Jamuria with Sri Ritesh Khetan Bakreswar Cement and Sri Pawan Kejriwal from Damodar Cement were present. Also present were Smt Anita Poddar and Kunal Poddar from Fortune Cement Asansol.

Cement Manufacturers Welfare Association has been demanding this over 4 years now and if no solution is reached we will submit mass disconnection letter to India Power Corporation Limited within a month or so.
