Over 30.79 crore doses of Covid vaccine administered in country so far

Bengal Mirror, June 26,2021 : Over 30.79 crore doses of Covid vaccine administered in country so far – India has administered over 30 crore 79 lakh Covid vaccine doses to the beneficiaries so far. The Health and Family Welfare Ministry has said, over 60 lakh 73 thousand vaccine doses were administered to the beneficiaries within 24 hours.
Covid Vaccine is a crucial pillar in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic. Vaccine provides immunity from this disease. The vaccination drive has picked up pace with the availability of more vaccines and improvement in the vaccine supply chain. With the active support of States and Union Territories, the Central Government is continuously engaged in expanding the scope of nationwide Covid vaccination drive.
